Sprinkler Pumphouse Refurbishment

G&W Contracts managed the design and served as Main Contractor and PSCS for the remedial operations on an external pumphouse in 2023, aimed at safeguarding the pumps from water damage.

The project addressed water ingress issues in the pumphouse by proposing and developing a comprehensive design solution. G&W Contracts coordinated with the design team to finalise the design specifications and then executed the solution, overseeing the relevant contractors for the civil, mechanical, and weatherproofing works. The project was completed to a high standard, resulting in a very satisfied client.
